Terms and conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this Website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and Reps & Rattles, the owner and operator of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.
In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses the Website and is not either (i) employed by Reps & Rattles and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Reps & Rattles and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services.
Participation

Pregnant clients must not have any absolute contraindications to exercise. If there is any reason you think you should not exercise, please contact your GP or health professional for clearance before our session.

Postnatal clients must be at least six weeks post-birth and have been signed off by your GP to commence exercise.

You must complete a client health and information (PAR-Q) form prior to your first session confirming you are safe to exercise.
Children
If you bring your child to a session, you are fully responsible for their health, safety and wellbeing.
Payment, cancellations and refunds

Sessions must be paid for via bank transfer in advance.

Blocks of ten sessions are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

Fees may increase from time to time. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes and this website updated accordingly.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled free of charge; later cancellations may be charged in full.

We have the right to cancel classes without refund in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to fire, flood, vehicle breakdown, serious illness, force majeure, treacherous weather e.g. snow, etc). Wherever possible we will either run an online class or reschedule a class for an alternative time.
Health & Safety

For all face-to-face classes, Reps &b Rattles is responsible for ensuring any equipment provided is in good working order and ensuring a safe exercise environment.

For any online classes, you are responsible for ensuring the safety of your exercise environment and any equipment you use.
Trainer Obligations

Your instructor is a fully-qualified Level 3 personal trainer with an additional Level 3 Award in Designing Physical Activity Programmes for Antenatal and Postnatal Clients.

Your instructor will use their skills and knowledge to design suitable exercise sessions for clients based on the information provided in their client health and information (PAR-Q) form and any additional health or fitness information disclosed.
Responsibilities of the Client

Please disclose to your trainer if you should not take part in physical activity. Your trainer cannot be held liable in any way for any undeclared or unknown conditions.

You agree to complete your client health and information (PAR-Q) form with accurate information.

Please tell your instructor if you feel any discomfort or pain at any point during your session and / or need an alternative exercise.

You understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a physical activity class.

Should you experience any abnormal symptoms during the exercise session please tell your trainer immediately.

If you sustain or claim to sustain an injury during a session, you acknowledge that the trainer is in no way responsible and you therefore release Aimee Miller and Reps & Rattles from any liability with respect to any damage or injury that you may suffer whilst exercising.

You are responsible for looking after your possessions during a session. We will not accept any liability for any of your items that are damaged, lost or stolen.

Your participation is voluntary, and you can change your mind or stop the session at any point.

You understand that the results of any fitness session or programme cannot be guaranteed. Your progress depends on your effort and commitment in and outside of your sessions.
Liability

We are not liable if you ignore our recommendation, at any time, to seek medical advice.

We are not liable if any information you provide on your client health and information (PAR-Q) form is not accurate, or you fail to notify us of any changes to your health information.

We do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, descriptions and prices of listed packages and services. The trainer will do their best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them.

The use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference.
